1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website (atlasianlab.com), purchasing hardware products, commissioning custom development projects, or installing our Google Chrome extensions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platforms and uninstall our software.
2. Custom Software & Development Services
Atlasian Lab provides end-to-end digital engineering services, including custom web application development, mobile application programming, CRM architecture, automated workflows, and SEO/GEO optimization.
- Project Proposals: Work specifications, timelines, and payment milestones are governed by individual master service agreements and commercial quotes.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients agree to provide required assets, access tokens, and project validations in a timely manner.
- Delivery & IP Transfer: Upon full settlement of agreed contract fees, intellectual property of custom bespoke code is transferred to the client, excluding Atlasian Lab's pre-existing frameworks and open-source libraries.
3. SaaS Solutions (MenuLink Kit)
MenuLink Kit is a turnkey restaurant software suite incorporating digital QR code menus, zero-commission ordering, and automated review management.
- Subscription & Licensing: Access is granted on a periodic subscription or perpetual license tier as specified upon registration.
- Availability SLA: We maintain industry-grade server uptime (target 99.8%) excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced in advance.
- Acceptable Use: Users may not upload defamatory, infringing, or malicious content through the MenuLink dashboard.
4. Hardware Products & NFC Store Orders
Atlasian Lab manufactures and distributes smart contactless NFC hardware, including Google Review Stands, Connected Business Cards, Social Media Plaques, and Restaurant Table Stands.
- Order Processing: Orders placed via our store are confirmed via telephone or WhatsApp before fulfillment.
- Payment Methods: Cash on Delivery (Paiement à la livraison) across Morocco, and secure electronic bank transfer for enterprise clients.
- Warranty & Defect Guarantee: All NFC hardware is programmed and quality-tested prior to dispatch. Products with manufacturing or chip defects are replaced free of charge within 14 days of delivery.
5. Browser & Google Chrome Extensions License
Atlasian Lab provides browser add-ons and Google Chrome extensions (including Prayer Times and productivity tools) subject to the following software license terms:
- License Grant: Atlasian Lab grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, free-of-charge license to install and use our extensions for personal or internal business productivity.
- Restrictions: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, modify, repackage, distribute under a different name, or inject malicious scripts into our extension code.
- Updates: We may periodically publish updates on the Chrome Web Store to enhance performance, add features, or adapt to new browser API standards.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All brand names, logos, illustrations, design systems, and software architectures created by Atlasian Lab remain the exclusive property of Atlasian Lab. Any unauthorized duplication or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services and free browser extensions are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for absolute accuracy in astronomical prayer computations and software uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atlasian Lab and its officers shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital tools, extensions, or platforms.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
